Usage
Solvent action: Light aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil is a good organic solvent that can dissolve various coating components such as resins and oils. For example, in alkyd resin coatings, it can help the resin to disperse evenly, enabling the coating to have good fluidity and coating properties, which is convenient for construction operations like brushing and spraying. Regulating drying speed: Its evaporation rate is moderate and can adjust the drying time of coatings. For some coatings that need to form a film by drying within a certain period of time, light aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil can ensure that the coating evaporates within an appropriate time, so that the coating film can form good physical properties, such as hardness and glossiness. In nitrocellulose lacquers, it helps dissolve nitrocellulose and form a uniform film, and can also control the drying speed of the lacquer to avoid poor coating film quality caused by overly rapid drying. Ink dilution: As an ink diluent, light aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil can reduce the viscosity of ink, making it better adapt to the requirements of printing equipment.
