Usage
Selenium disulfide has antifungal and anti sebum spill effects.
It can inhibit the peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids in epidermal oils, reduce the content of fatty acids in sebum, inhibit the growth of scalp epidermal cells, reduce the turnover of epidermal cells, and reduce the generation of dandruff.
At the same time, it can also inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, effectively alleviate seborrheic dermatitis or tinea scalp
As an over-the-counter selenium disulfide detergent, the content of selenium disulfide is generally around 2.5%;
In cosmetics, it is only allowed to be added to shampoo, and the amount added cannot exceed 1%.
