 Usage

New non-glycoside and non-catecholamine cardiotonic drugs have similar effects to amrinone. They have strong positive inotropic effects, which are about 20 to 50 times that of amrinone. They also have obvious effects in dilating vascular smooth muscles, can reduce heart load, and can greatly improve blood supply to the kidneys and muscles. Both oral and intravenous administrations are effective, and there are no serious adverse reactions. They are used for chronic heart failure, congestive heart failure and other severe heart failures.
Cardiotonic drugs have the effects of enhancing myocardial contractility and directly dilating blood vessels.

1. Ventricular arrhythmias, supraventricular arrhythmias, etc. may be observed; a few patients may experience symptoms such as headache, ventricular arrhythmias, weakness, decreased platelet count, etc.; in case of overdose, hypotension and tachycardia may occur; bronchospasm and fever are occasionally seen. 2. It is contraindicated for patients with acute myocardial infarction. 3. It should be used with caution in patients with hypotension, tachycardia, renal insufficiency, atrial fibrillation or flutter (Chemicalbook), electrolyte disorders, drug-induced arrhythmias, kidney diseases, severe aortic or pulmonary valve diseases, etc., pregnant women, and lactating women. 4. The elimination half-life of this product in patients with renal insufficiency is significantly prolonged. Therefore, patients with renal insufficiency should reduce the dosage and slow down the infusion rate. There is no need to adjust the dosage for elderly patients.
